With over 20 years’ as Head Chef at various establishments, such as the Michelin approved Gimbals Restaurant and the world renowned Titanic Spa, Mark works with carefully selected producers and farmers to expertly craft dishes using fresh, seasonal produce of the highest quality.

SERVICE TO YOUR DOOR
Whilst we cater for most dinner parties within a 50 miles radius of our location, we also can and often serve larger parties and events just about anywhere in the UK.
